Due to the nature of our services (instant access to digital knowledge, live mentorship time), all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

We value client satisfaction. If you believe there has been an error or you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, please contact support@novascale.com for a case review.

3. Cancellations
For any recurring billing (if applicable), you may cancel at any time, effective the following billing cycle.
